Dr. Seuss!

Since Dr. Seuss day is next week, we are doing a Dr. Seuss theme in my DLC/SDC classes.  We're going to read "There's a Wocket in my Pocket" (spatial concepts) and then play the game Whirly Fun (turn taking, go, stop, help, spatial concepts, put-it-away, etc.)


I found this game at Wal-Mart on clearance for $2.50.  It's such a fun game!  You can put items in different rooms and try and clean up it mess before mom gets home... and you get to set off Thing 1 and Thing 2 periodically to knock more things down.  What kid doesn't love a spinning top, right?

Just wanted to throw the idea out there.
