New Computers and Boardmaker Onllne

Image
Hi All -  As you are getting your roll out of new computers, now for elementary and later for secondary, here is a quick tip for how to reinstall the Boardmaker 7 software.  If you go to your internet browser and log in to your Boardmaker online account.  Go to "My Boardmaker," scoll down to where the name of the account is, and you will see a place to "Download Boardmaker Software." Hello all you wonderful SLPs! We wanted to let you all know about an AT training opportunity that is coming up.  It is not up in Eduphoria or the MeSSSage yet, but it has been submitted and will be through Zoom.  We will be presenting on Building Communication in the Classroom with CORE vocabulary.  We highly encourage your entire team (Teachers, Paraprofessionals, and SLPs) to come to the training together.  Details are in the flyer.  Looking forward to seeing you at the training. Your AT Team, Corinne Le and Tina Lombardi

Hi SLPs! I wanted to make sure you all knew about an amazing resource on the SSS HUB website! In case you haven't bookmarked the SSS HUB website , you should - I visit it regularly!  Within this site, there are recordings of all IEP Power Hours which were offered last school year. They are a great refresher and there are several different topics. Please see the list below as a resource for you and your entire Special Education team on your campus! I wanted to draw special attention to the link to the AU Supplement training in the event case managers on your campus have questions or concerns about completing their portions of the AU Supplement.  Here's how you can get to these recordings: SSS HUB website > Click the "Professional Development" Leggo > Click the "IEP Power Hour" link Click here to get there directly. Thanks! Alex

Happy New School Year! If your campus has a developmental learning class - this message is for you!   Monthly we send out a supplement that goes along with the DLC classroom curriculum.  This is focused on CORE words and Sensory based learners.  Sometimes these books are also used in the DLC SLP weekly lessons.   Hopefully many of you have already gone in and looked at the ULS Supplement but in case you have not - here are the links.   If you have a new teacher at your campus or a substitute is needing access - please send them the information.   This month is about Government and leaders.   There is a folder from when we did this lesson 3 years ago in the drive as well.   There are also some High Contrast Books to go along with the Active Learning supplement.   Remember to make a copy of materials so that you don’t remove the materials from the folder.   Also if you have things to add - PLEASE do so!   Here a...
