[Solved] Trouble Uploading to eSPED
Is anyone else having trouble uploading PDFs to eSPED? I haven't been able to upload once since Friday (before Thanksgiving Break). I've contacted eSPED support and nothing they have suggested has worked. I've restarted my computer, cleared my cache, tried different browsers, tried different students, and different PDFs. I'm currently updating iOS and am hoping that helps to fix it. When I select the PDF and choose "send to server" it colors it as though it has been clicked, but never uploads the document no matter how long I wait. I haven't had any difficulties uploaded prior to last Friday. Solution: Make sure that your documents have a file extension in the name. For example, the file I was uploading said "Name - Referral Packet" instead of "Name - Referral Packet.pdf." Thanks! Hailey
