Focus Groups/RISE clarification

We received some feedback during the survey that brought over an oversight to our attention. It did appear in the RISE document that participating in a Focus Group was mandatory.

It is absolutely NOT mandatory. We apologize for any miscommunication and have made the appropriate edits to the RISE rating rubric.
