Focus Reports to Check Attendance, Student Contact Info, and Schedules

Student Attendance: 

Click "Students" tab in FOCUS

   Click "Advanced Report"

        Under "Available Fields" click:   

                    Student Demo- Last, First M

                    Special Education- Sped Flag AND Current Speech Therapy

                    Attendance- Attendance this school year- List Days Absent

***Make sure the correct school is in the top right corner of the screen and that all boxes are unchecked on the far right side before clicking run report***

Student Contact Info:

Click "Students" tab in FOCUS

   Click "Advanced Report"

        Under "Available Fields" click:   

                    Student Demo- Last, First M

                    Address- Home Phone

                    Primary Contact- Email

                    Secondary Contact-Email

                    EL- Home Language (PEIMS)

                   Special Education- Sped Flag AND Current Speech Therapy

 ***Make sure the correct school is in the top right corner of the screen and that all boxes are unchecked on the far right side before clicking run report***

Student Schedules:

Click "Scheduling" tab in FOCUS

Click "Print Student Schedules"

Click "More Search Options"

Click "Special Education"

    Select 1 and 2 for Speech Therapy

Check "Yes" for Sped Flag at the bottom.

 ***Make sure the correct school is in the top right corner of the screen and that the "Include inactive students" is NOT checked before downloading schedules***
